She is a post graduate in commerce from Gauhati University in Assam and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She is associated with the firm since 2020 and has an experience in Statutory Audits of Corporates and Listed Entities, Direct and Indirect Tax Consulting etc.

LOKESH SHARMA

He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2021. Lokesh has been associated with the firm from 2018 when he started his articleship and later joined as a Senior Executive post qualification. He has handled various Statutory Audits of Private and Listed entities spread across multiple industries such as logistics, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing to name a few. Ind AS implementation, GST Audit, assistance in valuation of renowned brands and IFRS reporting are some of the other areas of exposure.
Besides work he is a seasoned cricketer and an avid trekker.

She is a graduate in commerce form Annamalai University & Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She holds certification in GST from ICAI. She is associated with the firm since 2020. She has experience in Statutory Audits, Direct Tax Consulting and ED Litigation.

MONISHA K

She is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Madras. She passed Chartered Accountancy Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in May 2023 & is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2023.Her area of expertise includes Bank Audits, Statutory Corporate Audits, Internal audits. Her areas of interest include Financial management, Risk management and Costing of products. She is a sports enthusiast, backpack traveller and a tennis player.

RAHUL BORANA

Mr. Rahul Borana has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2022. He began his career with the firm in 2018 as an articled trainee, gaining valuable experience before progressing to the role of Executive. Over the years, Rahul has led many statutory audits for both private and publicly listed companies across various industries, including aviation, manufacturing, and software services, showing his skill in managing complex audits. He is certified in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection by ICAI and has expertise in areas such as internal audits, due diligence, tax planning and consulting, GST audits, and IFRS reporting. With his broad knowledge, Rahul helps clients improve their financial performance and ensure they comply with regulations.

Outside of work, he has a strong interest in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence. In his free time, he enjoys playing badminton and chess, which help him maintain a balanced lifestyle and improve his strategic thinking.

ADITHYA RAGHAVAN

He is a Commerce graduate (B.B.A.) from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College. In 2024, he successfully completed the Chartered Accountants Final Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and became an Associate Member of the Institute from 2024.

His areas of expertise encompass statutory audits for a diverse range of corporate clients, including listed entities across sectors such as manufacturing, trading, healthcare, real estate, logistics, and services. Additionally, he has hands-on experience with statutory audits for non-corporate entities, IFRS audits, Bank Audits, Tax audits for both corporates and non-corporates, as well as payroll and tax advisory services.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since May 2024. She graduated in commerce from Nagpur University. She has experience in Bank Audits and Direct Taxation.

Praveen kumar is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having successfully cleared the prestigious Chartered Accountancy Final Examination in 2024. He brings expertise in diverse domains, including Bank Audits, Statutory Corporate Audits, Internal audits, Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes Laws, Corporate laws and other regulatory requirements.
