Aparna started her legal journey with S.Venkatram & Co.LLP in the year 2022. She has experience in drafting replies and submissions to all the Income Tax Authorities, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and the Madras High Court, Tax Advisory services as well as in drafting Wills, Agreements and Testimonial Documents.

She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma from NALSAR University of Law and is an alumnus of SASTRA Deemed University. She is a nature lover, an avid learner and enthusiastic to create works of art.

Varsha is a BBA.,LL.B (Hons.) graduate from Sastra Deemed to be University. She joined our firm in 2023. Her areas of work include drafting replies to notices from the Income Tax Department, appearing in the Department on behalf of clients, filing appeal before Commissioner of Income Tax Appeals and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. She aspires to be a tax and finance expert in the future.

She is a classical dancer and is a passionate cook. She loves to tutor school students on their curriculum. She is also multi-lingual and has travelled across India.

Srivatsan Radhakrishnan started his journey with S. Venkatram & Co. LLP in the year 2023 after completing his degree in B.A. LLB. (Hons.) from SASTRA School of Law. He is ambitious in the work he does. His skillset mainly revolves around drafting of various documents as well as researching in various topics of law. He has experience in drafting various kinds of agreements, submissions with the Income tax Department, GST Department as well as the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He also has experience in drafting various other documents such as wills, opinions etc.

He believes in quality of work and ensures that work given to him is completed properly. He has a ready-to-learn attitude around the office and he always enjoys doing the work given. His enthusiastic and cheery attitude not only is his strength but it also helps in building a healthy work environment around our office. In his free time, he likes to sing and dance, cook and get the latest updates with regards to the current technology around the world.

Srikrishnan is an alumnus of SASTRA Deemed to be University. He has been associated with the firm since 2023.

He is deeply committed in expanding his skills in the area of taxation by researching and drafting opinions on various issues, drafting deeds, replying to GST notices, preparing submissions, and so on.

Beyond his legal work, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys playing football occasionally and has also represented his university at various events.

Adv. Madhumati A, BA LLB (Hons.), is a passionate advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, from SASTRA School of Law. She joined the SVCO LLP’s legal team in 2024, with a strong interest in taxation law and litigation. Her contribution to the team includes appearing for departmental hearings on behalf of clients, drafting replies to the notices from the departments of income tax and GST, as well as ITAT, and preparation of legal opinions, written submissions, etc. She takes an active interest in drafting legal deeds and documents, including wills, partnership deeds, etc.

Ilakiya is a graduate of B. Com; LLB (Hons.) from Sastra University, Thanjavur, completing her degree in July 2024. She is also a professional student in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her academic interest lies in areas such as Tax Laws, Company Laws, and Intellectual Property Rights. In July 2024, she joined the legal team, where she actively contributes through research, drafting legal opinions, written submissions, and legal documentation. She is a committed and inquisitive learner, eager to implement new concepts and ideas in her professional work. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is pursuing an undergraduate diploma in Fine Arts. She is also avid reader of literary fiction. In addition, she likes to engage in hobbies such as painting, crocheting, and gardening.

Vaibhavi is a legal professional with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from SASTRA University. Since joining the firm in 2024, she has been actively involved in research, drafting detailed legal opinions, and preparing submissions for the Income Tax Authorities and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. Her work also includes drafting various agreements and deeds.

Outside of her professional life, she is an avid chess player and enjoys watching crime thrillers.
