Srivatsan Radhakrishnan started his journey with S. Venkatram & Co. LLP in the year 2023 after completing his degree in B.A. LLB. (Hons.) from SASTRA School of Law. He is ambitious in the work he does. His skillset mainly revolves around drafting of various documents as well as researching in various topics of law. He has experience in drafting various kinds of agreements, submissions with the Income tax Department, GST Department as well as the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He also has experience in drafting various other documents such as wills, opinions etc.

He believes in quality of work and ensures that work given to him is completed properly. He has a ready-to-learn attitude around the office and he always enjoys doing the work given. His enthusiastic and cheery attitude not only is his strength but it also helps in building a healthy work environment around our office. In his free time, he likes to sing and dance, cook and get the latest updates with regards to the current technology around the world.

Srikrishnan is an alumnus of SASTRA Deemed to be University. He has been associated with the firm since 2023.

He is deeply committed in expanding his skills in the area of taxation by researching and drafting opinions on various issues, drafting deeds, replying to GST notices, preparing submissions, and so on.

Beyond his legal work, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys playing football occasionally and has also represented his university at various events.

Ilakiya is a graduate of B. Com; LLB (Hons.) from Sastra University, Thanjavur, completing her degree in July 2024. She is also a professional student in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her academic interest lies in areas such as Tax Laws, Company Laws, and Intellectual Property Rights. In July 2024, she joined the legal team, where she actively contributes through research, drafting legal opinions, written submissions, and legal documentation. She is a committed and inquisitive learner, eager to implement new concepts and ideas in her professional work. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is pursuing an undergraduate diploma in Fine Arts. She is also avid reader of literary fiction. In addition, she likes to engage in hobbies such as painting, crocheting, and gardening.

Vaibhavi is a legal professional with a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) from SASTRA University. Since joining the firm in 2024, she has been actively involved in research, drafting detailed legal opinions, and preparing submissions for the Income Tax Authorities and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. Her work also includes drafting various agreements and deeds.

Outside of her professional life, she is an avid chess player and enjoys watching crime thrillers.

Mohammed Faizal A is a B.Com., L.L.B (Hons)., graduate. He is an alumnus of Madras Christian College and Sri Venkateswara University. He has been associated with the firm since June 2025. He has experience in drafting replies and submissions to GST authorities and The Madras High Court, drafting agreements, consumer cases and an outline on civil and criminal cases. He aspires to be a expert in tax litigations in the near future.

He is a professional Cyclist and an active sports person. He loves to travel around places and try variety of foods.

Commenced his professional journey with S Venkatram and Co LLP as an articled assistant, where he gained hands-on experience in statutory audits, Bank audits, Income Tax filings, and financial reporting across diverse industries. Became a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in October 2024.

Vikash Raj is currently a member of the legal team at S Venkatram & Co, where he is actively expanding his expertise in the Direct and Indirect tax litigations. With a strong commitment to professional growth and long-term collaboration, he aligns his development with the firm’s vision and pace, contributing meaningfully to its legal and financial practice areas.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he is a finance and sports enthusiast, actively participating in the Equity and commodity markets. He loves to play badminton and cricket at an amateur level.
